Through this service, policyholders gain direct access to professional psychologists, at no additional cost, with complete confidentiality and flexibility.

Let’s Talk (about mental health)

The Let’s Talk service provides insured members of the individual Medica health plan, aged 18 and over, with direct access to psychological support. To ensure the highest possible quality of service, we have partnered with an independent company specializing in mental health, employing professionals who are experts in the field. Additionally, the service includes educational podcasts, informative material, and interactive seminars to offer valuable insights, further enhancing its overall effectiveness and impact.

Communication channels

Let’s Talk is delivered by specialized professionals—licensed therapists/psychologists holding a postgraduate degree in psychology—and offers support with full confidentiality, as all interactions are private and secure through the following channels:

  • Video Calls: Via apps such as WhatsApp, FaceTime, and Viber, with the option to schedule sessions.
  • Phone Calls: Voice-only support, also with the option to schedule sessions. Ideal for those who prefer anonymity.
  • SMS: For quick and discreet advice via messaging, available daily.
  • Website: An online platform for booking appointments, selecting a counsellor, and accessing educational material. Designed exclusively for policyholders of Eurolife’s Medica health plan.
